Digital processes are the linchpin of organisations, of people, of our society. Without them, we can no longer function. However, digital processes are threatened by an increasing number of cyber attacks. These attacks can have major consequences and in half of the incidents, they involve significant costs[1].
COVID-19 has accelerated the digitisation of processes, resulting in an increase in the attack surface through Cloud adoption and widespread working from home, among other things. This provides the ultimate breeding ground for cybercriminals, who carry out phishing and malware campaigns with a COVID-19 theme. Even in the future, actors will continue to use global events to carry out cyber attacks. The digital threat has thus become permanent[2].

This fact raises several issues, such as; what are the current cybersecurity challenges? How can we reduce the 200-day detection average? How high is the workload for cybersecurity teams? And what (future) developments can help increase insight and reduce the 'Time to Mitigate'?
To understand such issues, Conscia is conducting an exploratory benchmark study. This research focuses on the question: What cybersecurity decisions are organisations making now and in the future?
Participation in this survey will give you insight into where your organisation stands in terms of cybersecurity, which developments present opportunities for your cybersecurity approach in the future and how your fellow managers deal with cybersecurity.
When participating in the online survey, you will receive the benchmark report from us that allows you to easily compare yourself with other anonymised participants.
The benchmark report is presented to you and discussed by our specialist through a personal appointment. Completing this questionnaire takes about 15 minutes. With these results, we can compile your report.
